On Saturday, 23 July 2016, at night at 4:30, in Vilnius, on Liudvinavo street near No. 46, a moped rolled over. One person was injured — the 17-year-old driver of a moped (hospitalized). The accident was caused by the 17-year-old driver of a moped, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.24‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence.
