Drunk, unlicensed Opel driver in crash with Ford at Baltų g. and Sembos g., Šiauliai
On Saturday, 13 August 2016, in the evening at 17:44, in Šiauliai, on Baltų street, at the junction with Sembos street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred.
