Drunk, hit-and-run motorcyclist runs off the road on the Subačius–Raguvėlė road
On Sunday, 14 August 2016, in the evening at 21:38, in Anykščių district municipality, on the Subačius–Raguvėlė regional road (kilometre 7), a quad bike ran off the road.
