On Tuesday, 23 August 2016, in the evening at around 19:00, in Kaunas, on S. Lozoraičio street, at the junction with Gaižiūnų street, a collision occurred. The collision involved a Zongshen and a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport. One person was injured — the 15-year-old driver of the Zongshen (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 15-year-old driver of the Zongshen (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
