Toyota Auris driver hits a parked Ford and flees on Pramonės g., Šiauliai
On Wednesday, 24 August 2016, in the morning at around 8:00, in Šiauliai, on Pramonės street near No. 15A, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
