On Monday, 12 September 2016, in the evening at 20:10, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Baisogalos g st–Vainiūnai regional road (kilometre 2), an Audi A6 Avant hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 57-year-old driver of the Audi (30 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He was drunk (2.62‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was twilight, the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
