On Friday, 9 September 2016, in the evening at around 17:00, in Trakų district municipality, on Mindaugo street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Hyundai Terracan, a Savos Gamybos - and a Suzuki Ignis. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Hyundai (23 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry.
