On Wednesday, 14 September 2016, in the evening at 21:16, in Tauragės district municipality, on Dainavos street near No. 5, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 29-year-old driver of the Volkswagen Passat, who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed.
