On Saturday, 1 October 2016, in the morning at 10:30, in Šiauliai, on Gardino street near No. 33, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Toyota RAV4 and a Volkswagen Golf. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 70-year-old driver of the Toyota (40 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. She fled the scene.
