On Wednesday, 28 September 2016, in the evening at 21:49, in Vilnius, on Upės street near No. 9, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 24-year-old driver of the Audi (5 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance and failed to choose a safe speed. She fled the scene.
