On Saturday, 8 October 2016, in the morning at around 5:00, in Klaipėda, on H. Manto street, at the junction with S. Daukanto street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Mazda 6 and a Citroen Xsara Picasso. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 30-year-old driver of the Mazda (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.50‰ blood alcohol).
