On Monday, 10 October 2016, in the afternoon at around 11:00, in Šiauliai, on Aido street near No. 31, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 607 and a Volkswagen LT 35. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 51-year-old driver of the Peugeot (23 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (0.82‰ blood alcohol).
