On Thursday, 13 October 2016, in the afternoon at 11:01, in Panevėžys, on Beržų street, at the junction with Ramygalos street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Ford Transit and an Iveco 180E24. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 74-year-old driver of the Ford (55 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
