On Saturday, 22 October 2016, in the evening at 18:10, in Radviliškio district municipality, on the Radviliškis–Pakruojis national road (kilometre 10.28), a Citroen Xantia rolled over. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Citroen (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (1.82‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
