On Sunday, 20 November 2016, in the evening at 21:03, in Vilniaus district municipality, on the Vilnius–Lyda main road (kilometre 23.23), a collision while turning left (U-turning) occurred. The collision involved an Audi 100 and an Audi 8D, Audi A4, -S4. One person was injured — the 43-year-old driver of the Audi 100 (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Audi 100, who failed to give way when crossing an intersection. He was drunk (1.25‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene.
