On Sunday, 4 December 2016, at night at around 23:00, in Kauno district municipality, Karmėlavos town, on Vilniaus street near No. 76, a Smart Forfour ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Smart (13 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. She fled the scene.
