On Sunday, 4 December 2016, in the evening at around 19:00, in Kaunas, on Baltijos street near No. 58, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved an Audi A4 and a BMW 525. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Audi (3 years of driving experience), who committed other traffic rule violations. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
