On Thursday, 16 February 2017, at night at 1:30, in Kaunas, on Kranto 18-oji street near No. 28, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 44-year-old driver of the Mazda, who committed other traffic rule violations. He had no driving licence. All drivers were sober.
