On Monday, 27 March 2017, in the evening at 20:46, in Panevėžys, on Ramygalos street near No. 150B, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Nissan Almera and a Renault Espace. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Nissan, who failed to keep a safe distance. He had no driving licence and fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA).
