On Wednesday, 5 April 2017, in the evening at 20:23, in Kaunas, on Linkuvos street, at the junction with Pryšmančių street, a Volkswagen Passat hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 36-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (18 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed and entered the oncoming traffic lane. The driver was sober.
