Drunk, unlicensed Ford driver hits an obstacle in Rokų Miško Kelmyno village
On Friday, 14 April 2017, in the evening at 18:45, in Kauno district municipality, Rokų Miško Kelmyno village, on Kelmyno street, at the junction with Kaimynų street, a Ford Escort hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 40-year-old driver of the Ford, who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
