On Sunday, 25 June 2017, in the evening at 19:50, in Alytaus district municipality, Likiškėlių village, on the Alytus–Simnas–Kalvarija national road (kilometre 4.30), a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. Three people were injured — a 17-year-old passenger of the Audi (treated as an outpatient), a 17-year-old passenger of the Audi (treated as an outpatient, was not wearing a seatbelt) and a 15-year-old passenger of the Audi (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 18-year-old driver of the Audi (1 year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
