On Friday, 30 June 2017, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Kaunas, on Vydūno al., at the junction with Gėlių Rato street, a side collision with neither vehicle turning occurred. The collision involved an Infiniti FX 35 and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 59-year-old driver of the Infiniti (36 years of driving experience). He was drunk (0.64‰ blood alcohol).
