Drunk driver's Qingqi moped rolls over at Kirtimų g. and Galvės g., Vilnius
On Thursday, 10 August 2017, in the evening at 18:57, in Vilnius, on Kirtimų street, at the junction with Galvės street, a Qingqi QM 50QT-6A rolled over. One person was injured — the 31-year-old driver of the Qingqi (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the Qingqi (13 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.75‰ blood alcohol). According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
