On Friday, 18 August 2017, in the morning at around 8:00, in Kaunas, on Vaidoto street near No. 190, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Passat and a Peugeot 307. One person was injured — the 32-year-old driver of the Peugeot (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 48-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (26 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
