On Tuesday, 12 September 2017, in the evening at 21:31, in Vilniaus city municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 14), a Subaru Legacy ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 43-year-old driver of the Subaru (25 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. He fled the scene.
