On Monday, 18 September 2017, in the evening at around 22:00, in Kretingos district municipality, on Vilniaus street near No. 35, at a yard or parking-lot exit, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Skoda Octavia and a Mercedes-Benz Classe E. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Skoda (15 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. Both drivers were sober.
