On Friday, 29 September 2017, in the evening at 22:15, in Vilnius, on Šeškinės street near No. 45, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 307, a Volvo S60 and an Audi A2. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 70-year-old driver of the Peugeot (30 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. All drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was lit, it was overcast, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
