On Wednesday, 11 October 2017, in the afternoon at 12:30, in Klaipėda, on Pievų Tako street near No. 38, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Honda FR-V and a KIA Motors Picanto. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 49-year-old driver of the Honda (28 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
