On Friday, 13 October 2017, at night at 1:29, in Ukmergės district municipality, on the Musninkai–Čiobiškis–Gelvonai–Vytinė regional road (kilometre 37.60), a Peugeot 206 ran off the road. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (2.09‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 90 km/h.
