On Saturday, 21 October 2017, in the afternoon at 15:29, in Klaipėda, on Minijos street, at the junction with Jūrininkų pr., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Peugeot 406 and a Ford Galaxy. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Peugeot, who failed to choose a safe speed.
