Nissan Qashqai hits an obstacle at Gaižiūnų g. and Kalniečių g., Kaunas

On Monday, 6 November 2017, in the morning at 6:55, in Kaunas, on Gaižiūnų street, at the junction with Kalniečių street, a Nissan Qashqai hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 59-year-old driver of the Nissan (17 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. The driver was sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident it was dark, it was overcast, the road surface was wet.
