On Monday, 13 November 2017, in the morning at around 8:00, in Klaipėda, on Kretingos street near No. 56, a Ford Galaxy hit a pedestrian at a pedestrian crossing. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 41-year-old driver of the Ford (22 years of driving experience), who failed to fulfil pedestrian duties. The driver was sober.
