On Wednesday, 29 November 2017, in the evening at 20:12, in Panevėžys, on Stoties street, at the junction with Šiaulių street, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The accident was caused by the 28-year-old driver of the Peugeot (10 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (3.16‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
