On Saturday, 16 December 2017, in the evening at 21:13, in Telšių district municipality, on Luokės street, at the junction with Mastupio street, a head-on collision occurred. A 53-year-old passenger of the Mazda was drunk (1.74‰). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was snowing, the road surface was wet.
