On Wednesday, 27 December 2017, in the morning at around 9:00, in Klaipėda, on Vaidaugų street near No. 11, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mazda CX-7 and a Citroen C5. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 33-year-old driver of the Mazda (15 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
