Drunk Audi A6 driver hits an obstacle at Pilėnų g. and Aitvarų g., Panevėžys

On Monday, 1 January 2018, in the morning at 5:11, in Panevėžys, on Pilėnų street, at the junction with Aitvarų street, an Audi A6 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 21-year-old driver of the Audi (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. She was drunk (1.40‰ blood alcohol). At the time of the accident it was dark, the road was unlit, it was raining, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
