Unlicensed Citroen driver hits a pedestrian at Stoties g. and Pušaloto g., Panevėžys
On Saturday, 27 January 2018, in the morning at around 9:00, in Panevėžys, on Stoties street, at the junction with Pušaloto street, a Citroen Evasion hit a pedestrian away from any crossing. One person was injured — a 73-year-old pedestrian (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 47-year-old driver of the Citroen, who failed to obey traffic-control signals.
