On Monday, 5 February 2018, in the afternoon at around 16:00, in Kėdainių district municipality, on Tilto street, a head-on collision occurred. The collision involved an Audi 80 and a Toyota RAV4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 26-year-old driver of the Audi, who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (2.27‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 50 km/h.
