On Tuesday, 6 February 2018, in the afternoon at 16:25, in Panevėžio district municipality, on the Panevėžys–Šiauliai main road (kilometre 11.90), a MAN TGX 18.440 hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 31-year-old driver of the MAN (10 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene.
