On Thursday, 8 February 2018, in the afternoon at around 13:00, in Klaipėda, on Taikos pr., at the junction with Dubysos street, a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Chrysler PT Cruiser, a Volkswagen Golf and a Ford Focus. Two people were injured — a 38-year-old passenger of the Ford (treated as an outpatient) and the 35-year-old driver of the Ford (treated as an outpatient). The accident was caused by the 23-year-old driver of the Chrysler (5 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. All drivers were sober.
