Two Audi cars crash on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda road
On Monday, 19 February 2018, in the morning at 7:31, in Kauno district municipality, on the Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (d. pusė) main road (kilometre 96.03), an Audi A4 Avant hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 22-year-old driver of the Audi A4 Avant (4 years of driving experience), who failed to choose a safe speed. Both drivers were sober. At the time of the accident it was twilight, it was overcast, the road surface was wet. The speed limit on this section is 80 km/h.
