On Thursday, 15 February 2018, in the evening at around 17:00, in Vilnius, on Erfurto street near No. 35, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a MAN and a Toyota RAV4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 58-year-old driver of the MAN (25 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober. According to the register, the at-fault driver's vehicle had no compulsory civil-liability insurance (TPVCA). At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was snow-covered.
