Unlicensed Volkswagen driver hits a parked Audi and flees on Kernavės g., Vilnius
On Friday, 23 February 2018, in the evening at around 22:00, in Vilnius, on Kernavės street near No. 84, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred.
