On Monday, 9 April 2018, in the evening at 18:31, in Vilnius, on Gerovės street near No. 55, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz A140, a Volkswagen Passat and a Volvo V70. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 64-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (19 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He was drunk (1.71‰ blood alcohol) and fled the scene.
