On Sunday, 6 May 2018, in the evening at around 20:00, in Kaunas, on Raudondvario pl. near No. 230, in a yard, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Mercedes-Benz E270 CDI and an Audi A4. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 45-year-old driver of the Mercedes-Benz (less than a year of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. She was drunk (2.11‰ blood alcohol) and had no driving licence. At the time of the accident the weather was clear, the road surface was dry. The speed limit on this section is 20 km/h.
