On Monday, 7 May 2018, in the afternoon at around 14:00, in Elektrėnų municipality, on Taikos street near No. 6B, a collision with a stationary vehicle occurred. The collision involved a Volkswagen Polo and an Audi 80. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 75-year-old driver of the Volkswagen (34 years of driving experience), who failed to keep a safe distance. He fled the scene. Both drivers were sober.
