On Sunday, 13 May 2018, in the evening at around 19:00, in Kaunas, on Ateities pl., at the junction with Vynvyčių skg., a collision while moving in the same direction occurred. The collision involved a Toyota RAV4 and a Peugeot 807. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 77-year-old driver of the Toyota (30 years of driving experience), who failed to give way when changing direction. Both drivers were sober.
