On Tuesday, 15 May 2018, at night at 4:09, in Telšių district municipality, Viešvėnų I village, on Viešvės street near No. 4, a Skoda Octavia hit an obstacle. No one was hurt in the accident. The accident was caused by the 19-year-old driver of the Skoda, who failed to choose a safe speed. He was drunk (0.95‰ blood alcohol), had no driving licence and fled the scene.
