On Tuesday, 29 May 2018, in the afternoon at 12:50, in Šakių district municipality, Dabitų village, on the Pajotijai–Gelgaudiškis regional road (kilometre 3.82), a Volkswagen Transporter hit a pedestrian away from any crossing.
